Eyes on Every Lease

LTE tank, pressure, and flow sensors that report every hour — and put an alert in your pocket the moment something crosses a line.

A pumper stands on a lease holding up his phone, facing a tank battery. A monitoring gauge locks onto one tank and the fluid level climbs past the critical-high threshold. The LTE sensor on the tank reports, the signal reaches the LeaseSight platform, his phone lights up, and a push notification lands on the lock screen: CRITICAL: High tank level — Zilliac lease. Water Tank 82150, 12 inches from top, was 16 an hour ago.

LTE sensors — the flagship

Remote sensor monitoring that reports every hour

LeaseSight's oil & gas monitoring system pairs LTE tank level, pressure, and flow sensors with an app your whole crew can actually use. Readings land hourly; alerts land the moment they matter.

Live level

13ft 6in

18 in from top

Tank level, to the quarter inch

A sensor screws into a 2- or 3-inch fitting on top of your tank and sends readings hourly. Set four thresholds per tank — low, critical low, high, critical high — and the alert reaches your phone when one is crossed, with the trend right in the message.

Live pressure

940 psi

tubing · casing

Tubing & casing pressure

Every reading is stored — not just a daily snapshot. You see the 24-hour average and the daily maximum side by side, and set high and critical alert levels per gauge on each well.

Flow active

412 bbl/d

moving

Flow on every line that matters

Turbine meters on injection and flow lines report hourly volume. When the meter's reading zeros, that's not a next-week discovery — it's an alert within the hour.

Install it yourself, in minutes

The sensors are designed to hook up and go — a few minutes per unit, no technician, no wiring, no complicated setup. Rather have it done? Professional installation is available — contact us.

Runs on two standard AA batteries

No power source, no trenching. A set lasts 6+ months, the app watches the charge, and swapping them is as easy as it sounds.*

* Battery life varies with temperature and reporting frequency.

Device health monitoring

Battery, signal, and last check-in on every sensor. Low battery or a missed check-in alerts you automatically — a dead sensor never just goes quiet.

Manual gauging and reporting

Hand-gauged measurements — feet, inches, quarters — with run tickets, draw tickets, and pressure logs. Sensor tanks and hand-gauged tanks live in one place.

Well map with directions

Satellite map with every lease pinned. One tap sends driving directions to a pumper or a service company, so a new hand knows exactly where a location is.

One app, phone and desktop

The same product in the truck and at the office — same screens, same numbers. Built mobile-first for one-bar cell service on location.

Catch it before it costs you

An alert within the hour, not a discovery on the next route

Nobody needs convincing that a spill is expensive — we won't invent a number for it. The difference LeaseSight sells is when you find out.

Saturday, 2:14 AM

The tank that tops out overnight

A water tank crosses critical high — 12 inches from top and climbing. With hourly readings, that's a push alert while there's still headspace: call the tank truck, switch the tank, go back to bed. Without them, it's whatever your pumper finds on Monday — oil past the firewall, a tank truck, remediation, and a landowner call you didn't want to make.

Friday, 5:47 PM

The injection well that quietly quit

A water tank sensor shows the level dropping, but the injection side has no pressure and the flow meter's reading zeros — could be a hole in the injection line, or a busted tank. Together, the sensors put that trend in front of you within an hour or two, not overnight or over the weekend. Caught quickly, it's an easy fix. Left until Monday morning, it's phone calls to the state and the landowner you'd rather not make.

How it works

From bare lease to first alert

Simple enough to set up yourself — and we're a phone call away if you'd rather we handle it.

  1. 01

Map your leases in the app

Your leases, tanks, and wells go into LeaseSight in minutes — from your phone or your desk. No IT project, no software to install, nothing to configure.

  2. 02

    Mount the sensors yourself

The sensors are built for it: hook it up and go, a few minutes per unit, no wiring and no power source — each one runs on two standard AA batteries. Rather have it done for you? Professional installation is available — just ask.

  3. 03

You know before it costs you

Readings land every hour. Cross a threshold you set and the alert is on your phone — with the reading and the trend. Open the app, see the chart, and decide whether it's a phone call or a drive.

From the field

Operators keep score in barrels and hours

Sensors in the field · data coming in

Our monitors are out working right now — reading tanks and wellheads every hour for the operators who run them. As that data stacks up, their results land here in their own words, with the numbers to back them.
