This website, leasesight.app, is operated by LeaseSight, LLC ("LeaseSight," "we"). Here's the short version, written plainly: we collect what you type into our forms and basic analytics about site visits, we use it to respond to you, and we don't sell it. The details follow.
What we collect
- Form submissions. When you contact us or join a basin waitlist, we collect what you enter: name, company, phone, email, basin, well count, and anything you write in the message field — along with which page of the site you sent it from.
- Basic analytics. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see aggregate page views and site performance. Neither uses cookies, and we don't build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry: returning your call, setting up a site walk, and following up on a quote you asked for. Analytics data is used only to understand how the site is used and keep it fast. We do not sell your information, and we don't rent or share lists.
Who processes it
Like most websites, we rely on a small set of service providers to run this site: Vercel hosts it and provides the analytics, Supabase stores form submissions in our database, and Resend delivers our email notifications. Each processes your information only to provide those services to us, and none of them may use it for anything else.
Your choices
We keep form submissions only as long as they're useful for responding to you and running the business. Want to know what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted? Email hello@leasesight.app and we'll take care of it.
This website, not the app
This policy covers leasesight.app, the marketing site. The LeaseSight app and monitoring service operate under the service agreement you sign with us as a customer.
